Easy BREAKFAST Idea: Mango-Coco Overnight Oats



Whether you’re working from home or rushing off to work, it’s always convenient having a to-go breakfast option. Mornings may be a dread to get into – so here’s a yummy perk-me-up to instantly brighten your day! 

Introducing, our Mango-Coconut Overnight Oats Bowl. Not only does it have antioxidants which leave your skin feeling more alive and bright, they also make for a robust digestive system! To power it up, simply add a probiotic capsule into your bowl and your gut will thank us later.

It’s fuss-free and you can always find these ingredients at any supermarket:

  • 1/2 cup oats (preferably gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • Fresh mango purée (we blended half a mango in a blender)
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 capsule of Probiotic
  • 3/4 plant milk of choice (we’ve used coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • Mango cubes


  1. Layer and mix all your ingredients in a cup.
  2. Top it off with greek yoghurt (or any yoghurt of your choice) for extra creamy consistency and some more mango cubes. (This step is optional)
  3. Let it set overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Voilà! You’re ready for tomorrow morning.

We recommend adding more fresh mango cubes and coconut flakes when you are ready to serve.

You can always add more or less of each ingredient, depending on your liking. Afterall, your food is what you make of it. Here’s to starting off your day with a healthy gut and bright complexion! ☀️
