Indulgent Avo-Matcha Frap 



Christmas is approaching – and we know it because Pumpkin-Spiced Latte season is here.

While most seasonal drinks can be loaded with syrups and sugars, we’ve got a healthier alternative for you! Introducing our new addition to the Pieority Kitchen recipes, here’s an indulgent Frappuccino filled with avocados and matcha.

For coffee lovers, you’ll be rejoicing at the thought of having a caffeine substitute. Plus! Matcha is also high in anti-oxidants, and boosts the brain functions. Need we talk about Avos? It’s good for the gut, the eyes, the heart, the brain.

This Frap is indulgent and promises healthy goodness in 10 minutes or less.


  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1-2 tsp matcha (depending on preference)
  • 1/3 cup avocado (frozen works too)
  • A tbsp of honey (optional)
  • 1 handful ice (not too much so it isn’t diluted!)


  1. Toss everything into a blender and mix until the texutre is smooth
  2. Add your preferred amount of honey!
  3. Mix until finely crushed for a frap-like texture
  4. Garnish with a little dash of matcha (or shot of espresso, if you want the extra kick!)
  5. Stir well and enjoy 😉

And there you have it! As easy as A…vocado. Enjoy!
