Our gym junkies must be bored of the usual protein shakes and chicken breast. If you’re looking for something to spice up your pre-gym routine or to start your mornings well, this berries chia pudding is gonna be your new obsession.
Packing a punch with chia seeds, this little breakfast bowl gives a sweet & tart taste of mixed berries and lemon that encourages hormone support.
All you need is a little prep time the night before!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanila extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or soy milk if you prefer!)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt (or other non-artificial sugar yoghurts)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- A handful of fresh mixed berries (as much as you like)
- Optional: 1 tbsp acai powder

Method
- Prep a bowl to whisk your chia seeds, frozen berries, almond milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Give it a good stir, add the açai powder (optional) and leave it to thicken in the fridge (1 hour or overnight)
- Stir the yoghurt with fresh lemon zest.
- Scoop all the chia pudding into a glass jar, cup or bowl!
- Top with the lemon yoghurt mixture and top hot off with fresh mixed berries.
